Returns & Exchange

Eligibility:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
• Certain items (like personal care or perishable goods) are non-returnable for hygiene/safety reasons

Exchanges:

• Available for damaged or wrongly shipped items
• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos

Refunds:

• Processed within 7–10 business days after return approval
• Refunds issued via original payment method (or store credit upon request)

Non-Returnable Conditions:

• Used, altered, or damaged items due to misuse
• Custom orders, services, or clearance products
