What is Gigsta?
Gigsta is a creative subscription service that offers businesses unlimited graphic design, motion graphics, content writing, and marketing asset creation on a monthly retainer. Clients submit tasks via a web portal, and Gigsta’s in-house design team delivers high-quality outputs with fast turnaround times.
What services does Gigsta provide?
● Static Graphic Design (social media posts, flyers, brochures, etc.)
● Motion Graphics (reels, GIFs, animations)
● Video Editing (short-form content, promotional videos)
● PowerPoint Presentations
● Corporate Profiles and Branding Kits
● Content Writing for social media, websites, and profiles
How does the subscription work?
Clients pay a fixed monthly fee (USD 1,500 / AED ~5,500 / INR ~125,000) to submit unlimited requests through the Gigsta portal. Each request is handled on a first-in, first-out basis, with a turnaround time of 24–48 hours, depending on complexity.
How many tasks can I submit?
You can submit unlimited tasks. However, tasks are handled one at a time (or more depending on your plan) and queued in order of submission.
Why not use AI design tools instead?
While AI tools are helpful for speed, Gigsta fills the gap that AI currently cannot:
● Editable open files (PSD, AI, PPTX) for future reuse
● Brand consistency and design thinking
● Creative direction aligned with business goals
● Interpretation of abstract client feedback
● Complex layout and motion graphics execution
What file formats do I get?
Deliverables can be provided in JPEG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, MP4, PPTX, depending on the nature of the task.
Can I request revisions?
Yes. Unlimited revisions are allowed until you’re satisfied. Just mention the changes within the same task request thread.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. You can pause once per quarter for up to 30 days, and the remaining days will be credited to your account.
Is there a long-term commitment?
No. It’s a rolling monthly contract. You can cancel with a 7-day notice before your next billing cycle.
