A: Local products typically ship within 1–3 business days. International products may take 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Yes, if your order hasn't been shipped yet. Please contact customer support immediately. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Q: Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

A: Yes, but only if your order has not yet been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible to request changes.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number via email or SMS. You can also check the order status in your account dashboard.

Q: Do you offer scheduled delivery?

A: At this time, we offer standard delivery windows. However, we are working to introduce scheduled delivery slots soon.

A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bank Transfer (for large orders), and Cash on Delivery (UAE only).

Q: Is Cash on Delivery available for all orders?

A: COD is available only for local UAE orders and may have limitations based on product type and order value.

Q: Do you have products priced under AED 10?

A: Yes, we have a dedicated “9.99 AED Section” with a variety of budget-friendly items.

Q: Do your prices include VAT?

A: Yes, all displayed prices are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. Hold it for now VAT not yet active

Q: Do you verify the quality of services advertised?

A: No. We only provide a platform for service listings. We do not vet or guarantee service quality. The agreement is solely between the service provider and the client.

Q: How is payment handled for services?

A: Payment terms are agreed upon directly between the buyer and the service provider. Maro Trading is not responsible for payments unless we are directly facilitating the transaction.

Q: Can I report a problem with a service provider?

A: Yes, you can report abuse or suspicious behavior to our team. While we don’t mediate disputes, we may take appropriate action like warning or delisting the provider.
