Maro Trading offers a platform for service providers to showcase and advertise their services. Please note:
- Role of Maro Trading:
- We are a neutral digital venue and do not get involved in any transactions, negotiations, commitments, or agreements between service providers and buyers.
- We do not verify, guarantee, or validate the skills, quality, or accuracy of the services offered.
- All agreements, deliverables, and disputes must be handled between the two involved parties.
- Responsibilities:
- Service Providers are solely responsible for the services listed, advertised, and rendered.
- Buyers must perform their own due diligence before engaging with any service provider.
- We do not mediate or offer guarantees on service outcomes or delivery timelines.
- Content Policy:
- All service advertisements must follow UAE laws and must not include illegal, misleading, or offensive content.
- Listings may be removed or suspended without prior notice if found in violation.
- Liability Disclaimer:
- Maro Trading LLC disclaims any liability for loss, damages, disputes, or issues arising from services advertised or purchased via the platform.
- Buyers and sellers agree to indemnify Maro Trading LLC against any claims or liabilities related to service interactions.
- Payment Responsibility:
- Payments between buyer and service provider are not handled by Maro Trading unless specifically facilitated under an agreed contract.
- Complaints or Reports:
- While we are not involved in disputes, users may report abuse or fraudulent listings, and we reserve the right to investigate and take necessary action including account suspension.
